How Good Gut Health Looks Like
In the previous wellness wednesday, we asked you to pay attention to how your body feels.

If you found yourself experiencing bloating after meals, having constipation or diarrhoea, having low energy or difficulty concentrating, these are signs that your gut may be out of balance (i.e. you have an unhealthy gut).
Gut health plays a central role in how we feel daily! It affects our health in so many ways. The goal is to always:
- feel light after meals,
- poop regularly,
- feel good + energised (with no brain fog!),
- have strong immunity, and
- have healthy skin
All of which come with having a healthy gut!
Wellness Tip of the Week:
Try these gut-loving habits out:
- Hydrate more 🚰
- Be more active (walking counts too!) 🏃♀️
- Increase your fibre intake (start slowly) 🍎🥦
- Add fermented foods & drinks to your diet 🥤
and observe how your body responds!
The key isn’t perfection, but rather awareness and consistency. The more you tune in and listen to your body, the easier it becomes to support your gut (and yourself!) with daily gut-loving habits :-)
