Our kombucha is crafted for the Asian palate, brewed from a house special blend of premium oolong and green tea to create a well-balanced & delicious profile.

We ferment our kombucha in three stages — first fermentation, second fermentation, and a cold-aging process in the chiller for a brew that’s both refined in flavour and rich in function.

We make all flavourings from scratch, extracting only Mother Earth's energy and flavours from fresh and whole produce.

We use a system of fruits, roots, vegetables, herbs, and flowers to flavour our drinks — with a goal of creating nourishing beverages that transform your health from the inside out.

Good for your gut and for the planet

We harness Mother Earth's energy in every batch we brew, and find ways to give back to it in every step.

Customers are encouraged to reuse or recycle our glass bottles through our in-store recycling policy. Behind the scenes, we repurpose our giant SCOBYs in meaningful ways — from research partnerships with A-star exploring bio-leather alternatives, to local worm farms that convert them into nutrient-rich vermicompost.
