We ferment our kombucha in three stages — first fermentation, second fermentation, and a cold-aging process in the chiller for a brew that’s low in sugar, refined in flavour, and rich in function.

We make all flavourings from scratch, extracting only Mother Earth's energy and flavours from fresh and whole produce.

Customers are encouraged to reuse or recycle our glass bottles through our in-store recycling policy. Behind the scenes, we repurpose our giant SCOBYs in meaningful ways — from research partnerships with A-star exploring bio-leather alternatives, to local worm farms that convert them into nutrient-rich vermicompost.
