1. Can I mix and match flavours in my subscription?

Of course! Leave your flavour preferences under "order special instructions". Missed it? No worries, drop us an email at drink@themoonjuice.com.

2. Can I pause, skip or cancel my subscription order anytime?

Yes! Manage your subscriptions easily through our customer portal by logging into your account, or through the link that will be sent to your email when your subscription is confirmed. As always, feel free to contact our friendly customer support team drink@themoonjuice.com!

3. Is there a minimum amount of subscription orders before I can cancel?

Our subscriptions are for a minimum of 3 months!

4. When can I expect my subscription?

Our subscription orders are delivered every 1st & 3rd week of the month!

Raw, living Kombucha, long-ferment, naturally carbonated. Brewed along the cycles of the moon. Our flavourings are 100% made from scratch using only fresh and whole produce: fruits, flowers, herbs, roots and vegetables.

Keep refrigerated, only open chilled. This Kombucha is alive, preservative-free, and will continue to ferment slowly in the fridge. Best consumed within 2 weeks of purchase.
